When you JOIN to my PJK REAL ESTATE NETWORK you can use my IME PLATFORM and you can share all the information to your customers in a very easy way. The first 3 MONTH are for free.

When it comes to an CONTRACT you will get a SELL COMMISSION of 5 % after the ownership is transfered to your customer or a RENT COMMISSION of 5 % after the rental fee and DEPOSIT is transfered!
EUROPEAN AGENTS

I will pick them up from the Bangkok Airport and take care for them and show them the very comfortable LIFESTYLE in the MODERN THAILAND.
1 PERSON 800 EURO
2 PERSON 1.500 EURO
3 PERSON 2.000 EURO
Kids up to 10 years 200 EURO
Your customer need only the FLIGHT TICKET. The costs for his 14 days holiday he has to pay, when he moves into the apartment in pattaya, where he stays during his holiday. It can be payed in cash or by transfer.
